A native of the Hudson Valley, I have been in the hair industry in New Paltz and Kingston, New York for over 18 years. Raised by artists, I studied Fine Arts at SUNY Ulster and later transitioned to the art form of hair styling. My love for color theory, compositional balance and listening to my clients, is key to my making people look and feel their best.
To me, your hair is an extension of your personal sense of style, one that you wear all the time. I love helping my clients feel trendy, beautiful, and confident. My favorite aspect of ‘the art of hair,’ is being able to change someone’s whole vibe in one day, where you can walk out looking and feeling like a whole new you. Whether a cut and color for your everyday look, or a carefully crafted style for a special occasion, having great hair just helps everything else in your style fall into place.
I now reside in uptown Kingston with my husband, dog and kitties. I’m an avid bird watcher and have a general love for animals and nature. We also enjoy checking out the extensive local arts, music and culture scene, and spending time outdoors. The beauty of the Hudson Valley inspires me daily!
